"25 years ago this year, I made the best college decision by joining and becoming an initiated brother of Phi Delta Theta. As an undergrad, being a Phi Delt helped open the doors for many opportunities and experiences with being involved at UNM, which contributed to my success as a student and becoming a college graduate. Life after college did not end my Phi Delt experience or brotherhood. The lessons and values I learned as a Phi Delt help me be successful in both my professional and personal life. My Phi Delt brothers have been there for me over the years, especially when my parents past away. My brothers have truly been like family to me and I would not be the man I am today if I didn’t have them or Phi Delt in my life.
